The Targeted Sports Application must be completed and returned to the school with the required fee by the 30th March 2009
Trial dates will be between 6th April to the 1st of May 2009
Expected placement dates will be made by the end of May 2009

Students applying to ESHS TSP program will also need to present a copy of the following STUDENT EVALUATION FORM to the Principal of their school, and after completion this form will be faxed to Endeavour Sports High School for consideration.
